#1 BABY SWISS Deppler's Cheese Factory, Monroe

Buttery whole-milk Swiss. Creamy, mild, melt-in-your-mouth delicious.

 

#2 MOBAY Carr Valley Cheese, LaValle

A layer of sheep milk cheese and a layer of goat milk cheese seperated by a thin layer of grape vine ash.

Mild creamy, delicate yet rustic.

 

#3 BELLAVITANO Sartori Cheese, Plymouth

Rich, creamy texture. Flavor of premium aged Cheddar and Parmesan.

 

 #4 ENGLISH HOLLOW CHEDDAR  Maple Leaf Cheese, Twin Grove
